JUDGING RUBRIC
Below are some criteria to consider when nominating a candiate.
This is the criteria by which the nominations will be judged.
1. The degree to which a critical community need was identified and addressed. Was there measurable impact and sustainability?
Consideration:

Have the changes led to measurable impact and improvements? (health, education, social).

Were the changes able to lead to preventative measures?

Was the community empowered by the actions taken?
2. The degree to which their services/ actions have made a lasting, meaningful, positive contribution or impact on the community.

3. The degree to which their service or action might be considered above and beyond the call of duty.

Exceptional service professionals (teachers, healthcare professionals)
4. The degree to which their action(s) would be recognized and valued as a leader by the community.
